"Winplace Casino Terms and Conditions"
winplacecasinogb.co.uk is an independent information site about Winplace Casino, not the casino operator.
The rules explained on winplacecasinogb.co.uk are for information; Winplace Casino’s own terms govern play.
Who can play
Winplace Casino requires players to be 18 or older and to meet any higher gambling age set where they live. Players must check the age rules applicable to them. The casino may request age evidence and restrict or suspend access if the requirement is not met.
Deposits and real-money play are prohibited for residents of the USA, Malta, Georgia, Poland, Belarus and Russia, including their territories.
Using the casino constitutes acceptance of its terms. The operator may revise them and says it will communicate significant changes where possible.
Personal accounts and verification
Players are limited to a single Winplace Casino account. Winplace Casino may close duplicate accounts and suspend payouts. Accounts are for personal use; sharing access, including with anyone underage, is prohibited. Players also confirm that they do not use a VPN.
Where accounts share an IP address, the casino may confiscate funds, suspend access or do both. Its terms make those decisions final, without appeal.
Requested identity, address, payment and source-of-funds documents must arrive within the deadlines given. Refusal to supply them, or discrepancies between documents and the facts, may result in account closure and confiscation. The casino may check authenticity at any time; its document-discrepancy decisions are also final and cannot be appealed.
Verification documents must use Latin or Cyrillic characters. Where a player cannot provide these, the casino may require a video showing the documents. Payouts and refunds can remain on hold while identity checks take place. False or incomplete personal details may lead to a refused withdrawal and account termination, with notification by email.
Deposits, withdrawals and charges
The minimum deposit and withdrawal are each £20 or €20. The account used to fund a deposit must belong to the player. Checks that reveal payment by someone else result in confiscated winnings and return of the deposit to the owner of the payment account.
Deposits normally need betting turnover of 1× before the related funds can be withdrawn. Several deposits made without play must be wagered in total. Suspected money laundering or fraud permits the casino to require at least 3× turnover.
Separately, turnover below 3× the latest deposit allows the casino to charge transaction-processing costs for both deposits and withdrawals. Players are responsible for taxes and fees on winnings applicable where they reside.
Standard withdrawal ceilings are £/€3,000 weekly and £/€15,000 monthly. Higher ceilings apply at specified lifetime-deposit thresholds. A balance reaching at least ten times total deposits may trigger a reduction to half the monthly withdrawal allowance. Progressive jackpots are payable in full. See the [withdrawal rules](/withdrawals/) for the thresholds and verification conditions.
Bonus conditions
Unless an offer sets different rules, bonuses require 40× wagering and last seven days. Requesting a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement voids both the bonus and its winnings. Cash funds are played first, followed by bonus funds; losing the bonus funds also loses the bonus.
Only one bonus may be active at a time. Eligibility is restricted by person, account, household, family, address, email, card, IP address and shared-computer environment. Game contributions vary, and excluded games do not qualify. Cancelling an unplayed deposit bonus also removes its associated free spins.
Default bonus cash-out is capped at 10× the bonus amount unless the offer states otherwise. No-deposit free spins have a €50-equivalent cap; deposit free-spin cash-out is limited to ten times the bonus won from those spins. No-deposit cash-out also requires full verification and a minimum deposit.
Account balances and closure
Mistaken credits, together with winnings derived from them, belong to the casino and may be deducted. Amounts already withdrawn become a debt to the casino. Suspected errors must be reported promptly by email, and software faults must not be exploited.
Suspected fraud, forged documents, chargebacks, duplicate accounts or known bankruptcy can lead to closure and suspended or cancelled payouts, without reasons or notice. Promotional abuse may void bonuses and related winnings. Replaceable Bitcoin transactions marked Opt-in RBF can lead to immediate closure and withheld winnings.
The casino also retains full discretion over account closure: it may return the balance minus any applicable withdrawal fees, giving no reason or prior notice.
After 90 days without a deposit, bet or withdrawal, an account becomes dormant. The operator may then close it and retain the remaining money. Reactivation requests go through support.
Technical issues and play
Players are responsible for understanding game rules. The operator excludes liability for gambling losses and technical interruptions, including connection and equipment failures. Its terms also allow account closure and suspended play when signs of gambling addiction are detected.
